Anthony en Janine -Utrecht-

Na een nacht met veel regen, onweer en bliksem begint de dag heel mooi... After a thundering and rainy night, the day starts beautiful...Een speciale dag vandaag waar Canada en Nederland hand in hand gaan! A special day because Canada and the Netherlands will be united in one couple.   Ik was al vroeg bij de bruid om alle voorbereidingen vast te leggen. Early in the morning I start to capture the preparations. Het spannende moment... The exciting moment...

We maken foto's in de omgeving van Bunnik/Utrecht. We take pictures nearby Bunnik/Utrecht. Wat een club zo bij elkaar. Drie BFF'ers die er de hele dag bij horen, tof. Three bridesmaids and three groomsmen (BFF)  joined the couple the whole day. I love it! Prachtige grote ring, zie ik niet zo vaak... An amazingly large ring, that's not something I see so often... Ontmoeting bij Boerderij Mereveld in Utrecht: lekker kletsen, koffie met cupcakes met een Canadees tintje, en veel water drinken. t Is mooi weer, maar door hoge luchtvochtigheid flink zweten! After the shoot we arrive at Mereveld's farm to meet the wedding guests, drink coffee, eat Canadian cupcakes and drink a lot of water because the temperature and humidity are high! We maken hier ook de groepsfoto's. We take some family&friends-photos. En die tantes en ooms kunnen er ook nog wat van! And even all the aunts & uncles are willing to kiss (encouraged by me ;-))Een fotomomentje: zo heeft iedereen een foto van 'het hele plaatje'. A wedding guest photo moment: everyone can take a photo of 'the full picture'.   We rijden naar De Bilt om 'echt te trouwen'. We drive to the cityhall of De Bilt for the official wedding ceremony. Weet je nog... Jazeker weten we dat nog! A walk down memory lane. Do you remember? Ofcourse we do! Wat tof dat er zoveel familie en vrienden zijn om deze dag mee te vieren. Really nice to have so many family and friends from Canada to celebrate this day with Anthony & Janine. Ja - en ringen! Getrouwd! They say yes in the Dutch language ("ja!") and that small word is accompanied with the rings. In Hilversum wordt de kerkdienst gehouden. En opnieuw ben ik onder de indruk van de stijl van gebouwen in die plaats, waar Dudok een grote betekenis heeft gehad. Church wedding service in Hilversum. Always when I'm in Hilversum, I'm in love of the beautiful style of old buildings (architected or inspired by Dudok) even this Church! Jurk, tasje, schoenen en zelfs hoed is hetzelfde bij de dames, tot hilariteit van henzelf ;-) Dress, bag, schoes and even the hats are the same for the ladies. Gives laughter by themselves. Anthony and Janine, (and Chris, Andrew, Pete, Marianne, Nienke and Gerianne), thank you for trusting me, having fun during the photoshoot and the rest of the day and I hope you and all your family and friends in Canada and the Netherlands enjoyed these watching this little walkthrough of this very special day.
